HI! I'M KATIE VOELLMECKE!
I'm a Communication Design student at the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP). I enjoy design that blends creativity with critical thinking. Understanding an audience and solving design based problems are some of my favorite ways to go about creating something new!
I am passionate about typography-based projects, specifically if they deal with advertising and branding. Through this, I believe design can play a meaningful role in building connections with those around you.
Outside of academics I love to get outside, browse vintage stores, take photos, visit museums, watch baseball, listen to music, and watch movies!
